My research interests lie in developing low-cost and efficient energy storage devices for renewable energy systems, and sodium ion batteries are a promising alternative to traditional lithium-ion batteries due to the abundance and low cost of sodium resources. In my research, I explore the fundamental principles of sodium ion battery operation and design innovative electrode materials for enhancing their electrochemical performance. At IISER Bhopal, I have access to state-of-the-art research facilities and a vibrant academic community, which has helped me to broaden my knowledge and skills in the field. I have also collaborated with researchers from different disciplines to explore the interdisciplinary aspects of energy storage systems. Apart from my research, I am also passionate about science outreach and communication.
